Oh merde, mon amour nothing's enough

It turns out that The Plan was the side project for Theodor Jensen who along Håkan Hellström (amongst others) was part of Swedish 90s (and early 00s) indie iconic band Broder Daniel.

Funny thing is that the latter (singing in English) and Håkan's solo career achieved big success and might actually tell that they are prophets in their own land, not internationally though. Similar case to Los Planetas here, but these ones singing in Spanish. Surely, it was just a question of time for ones and language for the others: back in the days The Internet wasn't such a powerful tool yet and non-English songs hardly hit the stores, blushy exceptions a part.

Released circa 2001, don't expect electronic, over-layered sounds, distorted guitars, quirky beats or tropicalism, it's just that garage Hammond-organ+na-na-na-na chorus song that we loved back in the days and I'm sure it will still make you jump around and recall you crazy nights in Babasonic, Bonden or Mango Bar. Simple yet effective, now dance.
